Scheduling a complete well-child visit may allow your provider to address preventive-health needs in addition to sports participation requirements. Please ask our office which appointment is most appropriate.

A provider may delay clearance or recommend further testing when there is a concern about the patient’s heart, lungs, neurological health, previous injuries, or another medical condition.

Sports clearance cannot be guaranteed before the evaluation is completed.
